Bayer Seresto / Foresto Flea & Tick Collar for Large Dogs above 18lbs (8kg) 7-8 Months Protection
Kills fleas and continues to prevent re-infestations for up to 8 month. The Seresto collar also repels and kills ticks. The Seresto collar is also water resistant and remains effective following monthly bathing, occasional swimming (if swimming occurs more often than once a month, the duration is reduced to five months) or after exposure to rain or sunshine.
For external use only.
Remove collar from protective bag directly before use. Unroll collar and make sure that there are no remnants from the plastic connectors inside the collar. Adjust the collar around the animal’s neck without tightening it too tight (as a guide, it should be possible to insert 2 fingers between the collar and the neck). Pull excess collar through the loop and cut off any excess length extending beyond 2 cm.
The collar should be worn continuously for the 8 month protection period and should be removed after the treatment period. Check periodically and adjust fit if necessary, especially when puppies and kittens are rapidly growing.
For the treatment of dogs over 7 weeks of age.
For the treatment and prevention of flea (Ctenocephalides felis) infestation for 7 to 8 months, and as part of a treatment strategy for the control of Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD). Efficacy against fleas starts immediately after application of the collar.

Soresto is a great dog collar. Absolutely works. What doesn't work is waiting TWO MONTHS for delivery. I'll shop elsewhere for my next purchase of this product.
I have a really big dog and she has a lot of fleas on her. I've tried a lot of different types of collars but this one seems to work the best. She has no fleas on her anymore.
I am a breeder and I purchased 6 of these collars to treat my house dogs. I have been battling a flea problem in the house for a few months now. The Soresto collars were recommended to me by a few other breeders as being the only thing that finally worked for them after battling similar issues. After bathing the dogs with flea shampoo, treating the house, throwing out all the dog's bedding, washing everything in the house and doing all the recommended tasks to remove fleas from the dogs and their environment, I put these collars on my dogs to keep any fleas that might hatch from eggs afterwards from re-infesting them. Well THEY DID NOT WORK! A few weeks later I see my dogs are completely covered in flea dirt again. I have the Soresto collars tight enough to the point that I can only get one finger under them so I know they are put on successfully but I'm not only finding the dogs loaded with flea dirt but I'm also pulling live fleas off dogs that are wearing these collars.
I now suspect the reason the collars are so reasonably priced on this site is that they are either knockoffs or so old they do not work (although Bayer claims there is no expiration date). What a waste of $240... I am so disappointed and upset, and now need to go through the whole flea removal process again this weekend.
Do NOT waste your money on this product!
I have been using this collar on my dog for about a month now, and now I am not able to find any fleas. This product works really well and I really recommend it.
These are really great tick/flea collars, identical to the Soresto brand sold in the USA...except for one difference: Soresto collars each come with three snap-on reflectors. They are pretty high quality reflectors that light up brilliantly when hit with a car's headlight, or any other light. Major safety benefit. The Foresto collars sold by EAS DO NOT come with reflectors. Interestingly, the English instructions EAS supplies (the ones on and in the product are in Polish), do refer to the reflectors, and how to properly attach them to the collar.
EAS should make clear on their site that the Foresto collars they sell come minus the reflectors. As of today (3/19/2017) their pages for Foresto products do not list this difference.
