Lapacho bark, also called pau d'arco, is the inner bark of the Lapacho tree (Tabebuia impetiginosa)
Lapacho bark has antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties. Effectively fights parasites and supports digestion. It also helps in effectively cleansing the body of harmful ingredients and supports the functions of the liver. The lapacho bark also supports the immune and circulatory system, it is also a natural antioxidant.
Lapacho Bark contains many microelements, mainly iron, manganese, magnesium, calcium and lapachol. It is a substance that affects our body. It stimulates our immune system to fight with viruses, bacteria, moulds, fungi and parasites.
Lapacho Bark can be used to traet:
- Candidiasis (yeast infection, thrush) and other mycotic infections (used internally, for irrigations or locally)
- Cold, runny nose, flu and other infections of the upper respiratory tract (bacterial and viral)
- Gastric ulcers
- Sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonnorhea, etc.)
- Psoriasis and skin inflammation
Lapacho should not be used by pregnant or breast-feeding women or persons taking anticoagulants. In the initial phase of admission, nausea and abdominal pain may occur, which should eventually subside. If they do not disappear after a few days, stop using it.
How to use:
1 tablespoon of bark pour a cup of boiling water and boil for 10-15 minutes. Then strain. Drink two glasses a day.
